Dr. Eugen Luis is a board-certified internal medicine physician who was born and raised in Cuba. He completed medical school there before doing his internal medicine residency in Puerto Rico. With over 20 years of practice in Miami, he now lives in Coral Gables with his family and enjoys spending weekends with them and friends.
